Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CheaterBusterAI.us (the “Website”), including the relationship compatibility checker (the “Checker”) and any related features (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy.

In these Terms, “CheaterBuster AI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Website, and “you” refers to anyone who uses the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

CheaterBuster AI provides an online relationship compatibility checker. You enter information about two people, such as personality traits, communication styles, values, interests, lifestyles and relationship goals, and answer a set of compatibility questions for each person.

The Checker compares the answers using a fixed set of scoring rules and produces a compatibility report, including an overall Compatibility Score, scores for individual areas, shared interests, potential strengths, areas to discuss and general suggestions. The Checker runs in your web browser, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service does not investigate, monitor or detect infidelity, and it does not assess the honesty, character or feelings of any person.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to agree to these Terms. The Service is not intended for children.

Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, you may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, including to:

• Explore compatibility with a current, past or potential partner
• Start conversations about communication, values, expectations and goals
• Print, save or share your own compatibility report for personal use
• Contact us with questions, feedback or reports of technical issues

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, shame, pressure, manipulate or intimidate any person
• Accuse anyone of infidelity or dishonesty, or present results as evidence about a person’s behaviour or feelings
• Make decisions about another person’s employment, housing, credit, insurance or legal matters
• Enter information about a person in order to monitor, stalk or cause them harm
• Publish or share another person’s information or results in a way that violates their privacy
• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, automated or bulk messages through the contact form
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems
• Copy, scrape, resell or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission
• Misrepresent results as coming from a professional, scientific or clinical assessment

User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you are responsible for:

• Answering honestly and understanding that results depend entirely on the answers entered
• Respecting the privacy of the other person you answer questions about, for example by using a nickname and, ideally, completing the Checker together
• Deciding how you use, share and interpret your results
• Keeping your device secure, especially if it is shared with others
• Providing accurate contact details if you would like us to reply to a message

Compatibility Results

Terms used in reports, such as “Compatibility Score”, “Potential Strengths”, “Areas to Discuss” and “Potential Differences”, describe patterns in the answers. They are not judgments about any person or relationship. Suggestions in the report are general conversation ideas and may not suit your situation.

Please do not make important decisions about a relationship, your health, your finances or legal matters based on your results. For those decisions, speak with an appropriately qualified professional.

Accuracy Disclaimer

We aim to design the Checker thoughtfully, but we do not claim that it is scientifically validated, and we make no guarantee that any result is accurate, complete or suitable for your circumstances.

Results may not reflect reality because, among other things:

• Answers may be incomplete, inaccurate or entered by one person on behalf of another
• People and relationships change over time
• A questionnaire cannot capture shared history, effort, context or individual circumstances
• The scoring rules are a simplified way of comparing answers

No Relationship Guarantee

The Service cannot predict whether a relationship will succeed or fail, and it cannot determine what another person thinks, feels or intends. A high score does not mean a relationship will work, and a low score does not mean it will not.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make, or actions you take, about a relationship or any person based on your use of the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including text, questions, scoring rules, design, graphics, logos and code, are owned by or licensed to CheaterBuster AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. The “CheaterBuster AI” name and logo may not be used without our permission.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the Service in line with these Terms. Your own compatibility reports are yours to keep, print and share for personal use.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, such as our website host, a form service that delivers contact messages and a web font provider. The Website may also contain links to third-party websites. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

When you use your device’s share feature to share a result, the app or service you choose handles that content under its own terms.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and working well, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or browser.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including the questions, scoring method or features, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheaterBuster AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, relationships, goodwill or emotional distress, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or its results.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties or liabilities to be excluded or limited. In those places, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will make that clear on the Website. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or end your access to the Service, including blocking messages from the contact form, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or are misusing the Service.

Sections that by their nature should continue after access ends, including Compatibility Results, Accuracy Disclaimer, No Relationship Guarantee, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law, will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State / Country], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled by the courts located in [State / Country], unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country or region.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
